About
The person behind the strategy.
Creative strategist. Storyteller. Experience architect. Based in the South. Working everywhere.
The Story
Timothy Wayne built his career at the intersection of creative strategy, social, media, culture, and live experience — not by following a traditional path, but by creating one.
From producing community events that drew thousands, to developing brand identities for organizations starting from nothing, to curating traveling tribute experiences — the throughline has always been the same: make it impossible to overlook.
Based in the South. Working everywhere.
The Philosophy
Strategy. Story. Experience.
Strategy tells you where to go. Story gives people a reason to care. Experience gives them something to remember. The work only matters when all three are working together.
"People don't connect with perfect. They connect with something that feels real, intentional, and worth remembering."
Guiding Principles
What drives the work.
Intentionality
Nothing is accidental. Every decision — from the first word to the final detail — is made with purpose.
Firsthand Experience
You can't fully understand a brand from behind a screen. The work begins by stepping into the experience.
Authenticity Over Perfection
People connect with what feels real. The goal is never flawless — it's unforgettable.
Story as Strategy
The most powerful brands aren't built on features or follower counts — they're built on stories worth telling. Timothy Wayne learned this firsthand, spending years alongside Dolly Parton: attending events, working behind the curtain, on camera and off. Watching how she moved through a room, built loyalty, and turned every interaction into a moment worth remembering. From her, he took the most important lessons in business: show up with intention, treat people like they matter, and never let the story be an afterthought.
